Give Children A Choice’s Frank W. Manley Children’s Learning Center was declared the first of its kind in Laos by the Ministry of Education and Sports Department’s Dr. Mithong. Designed for expanding children’s activities both during school and after school, exercising the five pillars of children’s education in Laos, and serving as a center for teacher’s training.
After several events for the children the morning of October 12, 2016 we ended the afternoon with a handover ceremony and celebration with the children, parents, and school officials from the village, district and province.
The center is located in Kokpherng Village, Sang Thong District, 50 km (30 miles) north of Vientiane Capital.
