Happy Labor Day!
Seems like Labor Day signifies the ‘end’ of summer even though the last day of summer is not until later this month. Our children and grandchildren are back to school, most go with new school supplies, clothes or uniforms, new shoes, excited to start another year of learning. Not all children are so lucky. Many children in Laos do not have the opportunity to go to school and for those who do the walk could be miles, they go to classrooms with little to no supplies, text books or learning materials. Give Children A Choice is changing that one school at a time. Give Children A Choice has been building schools in the remote areas of Laos since 2003.
