Dindam

The Dindam Preschool was built through the efforts from all of you who voted for Give Children A Choice during the Chase Community Giving Program in June and July 2010.  Thank you all.

Dindam is located within a kilometer walk to the border of Vietnam.  The preschool was built at the top of a level piece of land on a steep hill.  The panoramic view from the front steps and above the preschool are beautiful.  Just below the preschool is the Dindam primary school.

The village is home to Hmong, Khmu and Lao Loum families.  Most of the households earn their living from agriculture.  If you were to walk behind the preschool and across the street over the hill you would find rice and cornfields.
