Tears for Laos was made by Dori and Barbara Shimoda from Give Children A Choice (givechildrenachoice.org) for the Deputy Ambassador of Laos.

The video premiered in New Orleans at two universities and a high school; it is a subject that brings a certain sadness to all of us who work on the ground in Laos.
